Business Development Executive (BDE) – SaaS

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in SaaS-based product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SaaS domain
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B software sales
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
